That's how our lander looks when a domain is no longer in an account. It means the seller removed the domain from their account and the buyer hasn't changed its nameservers yet.

This "pending" message also shows if the domain hasn't been added to an account yet: https://www.namepros.com/parked/example.com

It's to let sellers know the domain isn't in their account, which will be intentional if the domain is sold.

Here's what GoDaddy's equivalent page looks like:

Sold yesterday and payment went through AtomPay (first time AtomPay processing, since I ''converted'' to NP landers). Overall process was fine, although for some reason their (Atom's) nameservers didn't detect the domain for a few hours. I had to add the name to their marketplace manually, and then it was fast.
Already received the amount today.

well... fullscreen isnt brilliant... but truth is a shitload of way worse words in .ai sell for way more... that's 4 to 5fig more

Held for 6 months.

Catchall caught some emails that were meant for a company on prefix+domain, and I screenshot a couple of such messages and sent to them, and said I was getting a handful of those that I was sure were intended for their address. They thanked me and asked if I was interested in selling and how much. I quoted the sale amount, and they disappeared for a few weeks but came back few days ago and we closed it via Atom.

Paid only $10 fee.
