to me $17,000 Estibot valuation mean that domain worth at least $1000. nice find.
but if there is some traffic and clicks, check how much it makes a month and then multiply to 12-24 months. hope this helps.

Rental is a real strong keyword. Condos are very popular in the US.

I'd say easily a mid $xxx name.
