End users can be you, me, entrepreneurs, startups, nonprofits, local businesses — basically anyone with a clear business or project vision for a domain.

For example, I purchased InternetAiTools.com around 8 months ago initially as an investment and listed it for sale. But after seeing Tool4Noobs.com sell for $15,400 (March 30, 2026) and AITools.com sell for $238,000 (July 20, 2025), I started viewing the domain differently and recently launched my own site on it.

Now the domain has growing US traffic and real utility for me, which effectively makes me the end user as well. Maybe I’ll sell it later for a profit, or maybe I’ll keep building it into a long-term revenue-generating asset — that’s the interesting overlap between domainer and end user today.
