2. Markets: Collins English Dictionary defines "ordnance factory" as "a factory that makes military weapons and ammunition". Maybe this could be a domain for some company in the defence industry?

I see you deleted the monthly searches which may have helped. I don't see any easy sell perhaps could do more with the CPC rather than the resale. Relationscompany is certainly on the money "s" makes sense. Engineplant sounds good best for crate engines reselling. I don't see a car factory buying it probably electrical. Ordnance although not common generic but an unlikely search. I tend to agree with estibot high $xxx each however I would struggle selling the ammo name.

OrdnanceFactory has 27100 average monthly searches, but I kind of don't want to contact possible end users...

What do you think is the best marketplace to try to sell 2 word domains like these, in case I do not find any willing end buyers?

I would use a white label for the relationscompany as job site human relations. Not quite resources but it is content. Sit on this one a while sell to relations dot company or buy that too. Engine crate perhaps another white label or amazon if such an animal for motors even electrical and ammo. Try build some turnkey starter sites if you have some time.
