Relation between searchvolume and "allintitle"

I could register a domain of which the keywords are only searched for 40 times a month, but the cpc of those words is 12 dollars. "Allintitle" shows a result of 42 million ...

How on earth is it possible that the exact keywords are searched for only 40 times a month but still 40 million websites do have these words in their website...? I would like to understand it.

Are you using...

allintitle: "keyword here without the quotes"

you can also use allinurl: "keyword here without quotes"

Thanks for your quick reply. In forget the quotes. Now there are only 74 results.

That means really low competition which is always a good thing!
