Registrar sent expired domain notice to partner registrar?

Hey,

Not sure what is happening here.. but it appears (by some mistake) that Porkbun sent one of the 'your domain will be deleted soon' emails to Dynadot and then it was forwarded back to me by Dynadot?

So Maybe someone pressed the wrong button..

and then Dynadot forwarded that back to me.

Not overly fussed even though there some cause for privacy concern here.

Just wondering if it was only me?

Generally happy with both registrars so will keep using both for now.

Hopefully this is just a once off.

Did you transfer the domain from DD to Porkbun at some point? Porkbun doesn't change the registrant so if it was under privacy at Dynadot,registrant details may still show that.

Yes the domain was initially registered with Dynadot (.shop if anyone cares) and was transferred to Porkbun last year.

So it appears that is exactly what happened.
