.US domains.US domains
If you're looking for a registrar based in Europe i know a reliable and good registrar for you and depending on the amount of domains you will be transferring you'll receive a better pricing.

Up to 50 .eu domains €9,50 +19% tax
Over 50 .eu domains €7,50 +19% tax

I don't know exactly what the pricing is you will receive in other quantities but that is the best pricing you can get from a European based registrar as far as i know.

Does anyone else have experience with them. I didn’t find transfer price. I think they are the only registrar that have setupfee!? (not for .eu domain).

How many .eu domains do you want to transfer?

Transfer price for .eu domain is the same as the registration price so if you have less then 50 domains you will be transferring the price will be €9,50 +19% BTW (VAT)

Over 50 .eu domains you'll receive a pricing of €7,50 +19% BTW

For other extensions such as the top level domains as .com .net you want to go with other registrars for better pricing.

Since you want a registrar specifically based in Europe or Canada or U.S. that is your best option.

Thanks Damion. I have more than 50 domains. Are you sure you have to pay vat if you are foreign customer. I think it's not usual.
And i didn't find this price of 7,5 euro. Plus 19% is about 9 euro, the same as godaddy.

Yeah, that pricing they still need to put on their website but i have had some conversations with the sales department and from which the people working there are always very helpful.

I'm not sure on the Tax either since you're not from the Netherlands but you would need to give them a call then to find out.
Just give them a call to sort this out, ask for Frank or Paul to find out what you're exact pricing will be on the amount of domains you want to transfer.

or send an email to sales [@] networking4all.com

If you're looking for a registrar for EU domains, it's essential to choose one that offers reliable support and compliance with EU regulations. Many businesses in the UAE expanding to Europe also need to conside VAT Registration for seamless operations. Whether you're setting up an online store or a corporate presence, ensuring tax compliance alongside domain registration is crucial. If you're expanding globally, professional UAE VAT registration services can help you manage tax obligations efficiently. Have you found a registrar that fits your needs?

Several registrars sell .eu domains (I think but I'm not entirely sure that Name.com and Porkbun do so).

Keep in mind however that only organisations, companies and private individuals based in the European Union can legally own a .eu domain. This is taken seriously. When the UK left the European Union, all UK-based owners of an .eu domain eventually lost their .eu domain, or had to transfer ownership to a trusted person or organisation in the EU.

The one thing I'm unsure of, is if a person who has EU citizenship but living outside of the EU, can own a .eu domain. For example: if a US-based person who has citizenship of an EU member country wants to register a .eu domain, I'm not entirely sure if this would be accepted or not.

I think Liechtenstein, Iceland, Switzerland and Norway based companies and individuals can also register .eu domains. Those countries are not member of the EU, but are member of the European Economical Area.

Do the address, email address, phone number of the registrant show in WHOIS, or are they "redacted for privacy" due to the GDPR laws in the European Union?

Redacted. Or their free privacy service with even more protection.

It depends on the exact TLD, however, how 'redacted' is executed.

To me it matters most that my physical address, email address and phone number is not showing.

I have several .com domains, and all that info is "redacted for privacy" in WHOIS results due to European privacy laws. Hence it'd be odd that the same rules would not be used for the actual European Union ccTLD

Porkbun will redact .com domains fine. Only state/province and country will be shown, everything else will be redacted.

For .com domains you'll see 3 options at Porkbun: Redact Private Data / Use Privacy Service / Make Public.

For .eu, Porkbun will send your actual contact information to EURid, but EURid's system will then redact it in the public WHOIS output in compliance with GDPR. Porkbun's own internal WHOIS display will also show your data as private.

If the domain holder is a legal entity, more information is made public by EURid.

Thanks so much for clarifying! :xf.smile: I'm not a legal entity, I'm a private person.
