Hi,
I'm working with a web host type service which wants to offer domain registrations for the general public. From a legal perspective it's best and necessary that domains are registered in the name of the person (member of the public). Please what is the best practice for a host to do this? In general the public are unfamiliar (i.e. clueless) about registering a domain name. But the domain must be registered in their name & with their email address.
Also, if there's a way to do so, does anywhere offer PO Box or mail addresses for a lot of names? Typically I think these services are for just a few names.
Thank you
