RegisterFly suspended my account for no reason!

I know a few days ago a I was appraising registerfly but now I see that they suspesnded my account for apparantly no reason.
I have no problem with my credit card but they say I do so i want to see what wil happen next.
I hope I'll get my account back.
I'm very angree with them!

OUCH !! I also use RF to reg dot info.

Please tell us if/how they solve this.

I'm seeing more and more accounts being frozen these days at RF, whats up with that?

When I use their support, it takes at least 3-4 days for them to answer! So far its taken 6 days on my latest ticket for it to get sorted.

I have not seen that. I raised a ticket on easter sunday at 4:00 PM, by 6:30 I got a reply and it was resolved perfectly(2.5 hours) . And this was on easter sunday.

It was paypal related and handled very quickly

Ok, It's all fixed now thanks to regfly.
Apparently I was redflaged for something "fishy".
Hope this never happens again.

I must admit, I've seen a number of these type posts/threads lately myself. D-:

Something that stands out to me, is that it always seems to involve a credit card. I don't recall seeing it happen to anybody that refills their account with PayPal. I could be wrong though, and maybe I missed some examples of it happening with PayPal too.

On a brighter note, this the 3rd time a NamePros member has brought up a problem recently, and in each case member "regfly" was quick to reply and resolve the situation. I have to give a big thumbs-up for that. :tu:
