Registered TM Movie Titles?

I was informed that domain names containing "myspace" were in violation of TM laws...further development could result in a C&D.

Is using a movie title in a domain name considered a violation of registered trademark? What about TV show titles?

I just want to make sure I'm not breaking any laws before I start development.
