Registerdub - Down?

Is anyone else have problems accessing registerdub?

Firefox can't find the server at www.registerdub.com.

it was working yesterday....

Came here to ask the same question. Have already sent an email to Christian so hopefully he will get things fixed quickly. He may still be asleep. It's 10 am PST now but he is in HI, what's the time difference?

Down here....looks like the entire server is down...cant even ping the network.

I believe HI is 3 hours behind Pacific.

Yah it is down. We are doing maintenance on the entire server and transferring it all over. ATM I am trying to get up a sample page to fix the issue.. Than we will begin rebuilding RD from the ground up. It is a holiday so I figured today would be the best day to do this. If you need anything done PM me and I can have it done.

Christian is on vacation and I am taking it over until he returns I guess.. He kind of just throught it at me and said bye lol.

Hi Steve,

Not sure how far along you are with your updates, but a couple of things...

1) I can get to RegDub through "www.registerdub.com", but not via "registerdub.com".

2) Is there a way to just log in to my account and be taken directly to all my domains in one location. As it sits right now, the new interface has me a bit confused...

I apologize for jumping the gun if things aren't quite finished (or if I'm too dumb to figure it out :hehe: ).

ATM we are restoring a few things, you should receive an email with a new password of which you can login and change. We are also working on a documentation for this new system to make sure everyone knows how everything works. We are also working on compensation for the troubles you all have been through, sorry.

For a future update/mod, could I suggest that the "Lock/Unlock" staus be added to the domain "Overview" so we can see at a glance what the situation is?

This new system is temporary and will allow you to transfer the domains to other registers or resellerclub accounts as you wish until I finsh my new API.

I replied to your email. Also we do offer free domain management system. Which we control your domains from your own account, you can email in any changes you want done.
