Based on a chat with their support, this deal is available only to European citizens. So not such a great deal after all

OMG... Guys, 0.90 euro is only for EU customers. Use a proxy if you want to get the deal, but be aware that they might suspend your account or request a photo ID for verification. Register your names, wait 60 days and transfer away.
Renewal is not 35 euro. The lowest renewal price is 10 euro and you just have to downgrade your domain + emails package to domain only.

0,45 € transfers are still on - ive done some with no problems - not sure about pushes/transfer out but this price cannot be beaten !
