Registar the accepts Non-Verified PayPal

I need to register a domain ASAP with Paypal but my account is not verified. I registered some with Namecheap before but I guess you have to be verified now. If possible I want the domian to be less than 8.99

GoDaddy now accepts Paypal, but it may have to be verified...
