Does Blaze domains allow non verified PayPal ?

i know namecheap allow non verified paypal but
Does "Blaze domains" allow non verified paypal ?
Hope you will answer .
Or can you give me a list who allow non verified paypal to register domain ?

Most companies won't allow it, too much of a fraud risk. We have in certain cases after verifying the customer is legit but as a rule if you went through our payment gateway as unverified your order would wait for manual processing.
