Any news for the releasing date of .web extension ?
And are there any official domain sites that offer the registration or pre-order of .web domain ?

It could be any time soon.

DomainIncite reported in April that it could happen this year, though I don’t know if all the legal hurdles have been passed:

“Bidzos [Verisign CEO James Bidzos] told analysts that it’s ‘possible’ that the company may get to launch .web in 2018.”

No doubt domains will be offered at most registrars. The big question is what premium pricing they will have.
