i think someone did that 2-3 months ago, in fact he didnt make any mistake, he just said that he didnt knew that the reg fee price was the renewal as well.

My 'mistake' was assuming the CART I used for my renewal recently would be used for a purchase too. I missed the crucial (light grey) message and made my first dotTV purchase in over 5 years.

i've cancelled lists of names of Godaddy and they've always been quite professional. 5 day window is key, any reason'll do. Its important to call and stay on line while you cancel. Once known, you may call, get the email from sales/customer support, hang up, send it over and then cancel. if you cancel too much there is a threat of a $2 penalty due to suspected tasting.
