Redemption period domain question

One of my domain was registered at namecheap. I did not renew it. Now it is shows on 'redemption period'. It is not on my namecheap control panel again. Is it possible to get back my name again ? I receive a price request from afternic expanded promotion for this name..

Redemption period (Domain name can be saved)
The registry holds domain names for an additional 30 days. The registrant may still renew the domain name during this period.

In other word, just contact your register and ask them you willing to renew it. There may be extra renewal fees for this.
