.info Realestate .info domains

I have some .info and .biz domains that start with names of the largest us/canadian/australian/uk cities and end with realestate or homes. I am not happy with their traffic but i believe they could earn a lot as minisites. If someone is looking for real estate in Newyork and see domains like NewyorkRealestate.info or NewyorkHomes.info at the first pages of search engines i'm sure he will click on them without thinking.
So what do you suggest, to build a minisites or to sell. I turned down some high xxx offers.

Minisites imho, if you get xxx$ offers for the domains, you will get xxxx$ for the sites.

My dubaigolf.info site is getting steady search engine traffic, and is a relatively good money maker, especially msn likes it (msn likes .info sites a lot). .info sites if are well done and high ovt can get very high revenue.

Thanks tetrapak. Minisites should look just like that. But why didn't you choose some better keyword instead of golf. Overture for dubai golf is 170 only.
Do you get any traffic from google. I didn't find your site there. It seems that most of your traffic comes from msn.
What software did you use to build this site. Is something like wordpress good enough for this or should i use dreamweaver.
And how much we can expect to earn from a minisite.

I've used dreamweaver, although its not one of my best works (imho). The overture is low, but it was a long term investment, they are building a lot of golf courses, and already there are some world wide known ones like the Dubai Desert Course. When the big guys are coming there every year, the overture goes to an insane number, and the site can earn 5$/day easily. The earnings are depending whether you make a static website or one with forum etc, depends on ovt. and if it gets updated or not. Saw some minisites making mid xxx$/day (with very high overture and a lot of text with the right keywords throughout)

It seems that .info domains have low type in traffic so to be profitable they have to be listed at first pages of search engines. For minisites with attractive keywords it is almost impossible. It could be much better to take just a few .info domains and go with real development than build a minisites for all. I would like to know what is your opinion about this.
It seems that you concentrate your effort on dubai related domains. What's the story. I found it interesting as you are in the country next to mine .
Anyway, the city looks really attractive.

I'm from Hungary actually. I got involved with Dubai due to reading too much about it, and saw the investment potential.. So i started registering domains and thinking of developements.. Minisites can also bring in some money, the key is to get into search engines, easiest way is to first publish the domain at a forum the SE's will be able to find it quickly. But of course a fully developed website is always the way to go, the more work the more money. Its like this with everything...

What do you mean by publish domain at the forum (as you don't have these domains at your sig).

If you develope a website, you would need to make a small advertisement, with the url of your site, because SE's would be able to index your site much quicker (in days even) with this method, otherwise you would need to wait till they find it by IP, which could take a month or two even..

Anywhere, it is just for the search engine bots to get straight to your site via an url on a forum lets say. If you put your site up on the design review seciton here at namepros, the SE's are going to index it. Namepros got high PR so it is a good point already for your site.
