Real Estate Related Newbie

Good day all. I own about 4000 domains. i bought them over the past few years to drive traffic to a real estate operation I own. Most of the domains are of the long tail variety and are targeted specifically to what I do.

However, I do own a bunch of domains that is too general for my company so I am considering what to do with them.

I have names such as:

Atlanta-RealEstate.com

I have 250ish Location-RealEstate.com sites as well as a few others...

Those have been just sitting in my account and I havent had the time to get most of those sites spun up as a functioning site yet.

If you were me, how would you go about selling these??

Atlanta-RealEstate.com

These are quality versions of hyphenated dotcoms and the fact that you have many such location names is a portfolio plus. I noticed that AtlantaRealEstate.com is available for monthly lease (at LeaseThis.com) at $1945/month. Assuming this is a fair valuation, the hyphenated version should bring pretty decent money.

Obviously, the real estate niche is your best audience with the ideal buyer coming from the respective geo-location (i.e. Atlanta Real Estate Co. for the name mentioned). Wondering too if you have successful SEO on these names ... though that would not be a requirement to sell them.

I would suggest also assembling the geo real estate names available as a collection. These could produce steady revenue in the hands of an SEO wizard.

P.S. Just looked at your landing page for Atlanta-RealEstate.com and there is no question you can easily derive much more monthly income from the name. Google adsense alone with your real estate sites cross-linked would be an easy start.
