Re Alexa rank

Just a quick question here,
what would be considered a good alexa rank in 2013 ?
my site recently jumped 13 million and was previously at 20 million or so,
now its sitting at around 7 million,
I know my rank isn't great but there was a great move of improvement if im not mistaken ?

Who today cares about alexa?
Same as it was in the start, all one had to do was get false traffic to a site to improve alexa rankings.
Using ptc sites, surfing sites, buying scads of bot traffic, etc.
