Are you kidding me? Just check what is going with .TV and you will find out that good premium domains have1000-10000 renewal price this one has 250$ and is already paid until 2008.

rate.TV could have have 2 meanings:

One is the rating meaning (for example you could develope a site that rates videos, rates tv programms and many more)

The other is the financial meaning. (rate could be used for an economical channel or a promotional site for a bank product)

For all the above I know that 1200 bin price is very-very low for this one and if i didn't need the money I would surely keep it for a long time...
