Neat design, seems to have a ton of features and content.

Your icon differs from your logo, decide which way you'd like to go and retain the looks throughout the entire appearance.
I actually like the icon better, with the "loop" from the "Q" merging into the "V", it's a pretty neat synergy.
Personally, i'm not a big fan of the red font on the white backdrop. While it builds the needed contrast to mainly green site, it doesn't smoothly work with green. i'd consider a different color.

Unfortunately, if someone wants to enter a listing you're forcing them to sign up. I'd make the sign up optional and still retain the opportunity to review submissions.
I signed up and submitted my listing, let's find out what your turn around time is. Since you're insisting on a sign up, you're creating the expectation in the user, that your approval/disapproval is done almost immediately.

Overall, not a bad site, a few limitations that are going to keep users at bay though.

Btw, i definitely am jealous over the Domain Name. QV.net is worth some serious cash!

Wow,

Thank you so much for some real review :D

icon and logo:
Do you really like icon better?
Humm...
I don't want to hurt my banner guy's feeling :)

Font color:
You are right.
I am not too crazy about it either.
I spent all night trying to wrap up the site and just give up
after few different color try. I guess I was too sleepy :)

Signup:
Many directory owners told me that I must make them signup
to prevent tons of worthless submissions by link spammers
which point it to nasty sites.

Well, with signup, you can see all your listings on one place,
See how may views you got, how many clicks you got and can modify at later time :)

So, how long did it take for your link approved?
Not too long, I hope?

As for domain name, some think it's only worth pennies including my wife :D

Well, I guess few minor touch ups and I am done with this site.
It was such pain since this was my first Joomla site.
I think I could of finished it much quicker if I didn't use Joomla.
But, I learned little about Joomla :)

Again, thank you for great comments :)
