Quick question on plurals

I found this domain that was just dropped hours ago communicaids.com. I liked the sound of it and originally wanted to use it to develop it to a site or blog that I would flip later on at Sitepoint. I found, however, in Google a site communicaid.com (missing the plural), quite established in learning, communication, etc.
Would it make sense for me to try to sell them the plural site, or it's a waste of time?

Check it first for active TM's, or you may be just donating it to them!

There are a few threads like that now :lol:

I remember when I regged MichaelJFox.ca and when someone
mentioned it was a Trademark (I had no idea about the TM stuff)
and the trouble i could get in so I had it refunded :tu:

There are lots of people here that can help and hopefully steer
you in the right direction if you have questions

Lol, thanks for it! I actually registered the domain, but as I've done it this morning only, I've canceled it right after your post, and I'm getting a refund from Godaddy. Boy I have to learn a lot. Now I'm reading all about the TM stuff I can find on this forum!
