Quick Question: How do you post in the website appraisal rooms?

Hey - I hope you don't mind me asking here:

I joined NamePros a while ago and notice that I'm currently restricted to post in some sub-forums.
I assume that the requirement is that you're a more active member / need more points but what is the exact pre-requisite to meet? I did try looking in stickies / FAQs but didn't find the answer.
