The domain name 8555.com has expired and is already at $200,000 USD, it was last publicly known to have sold in 2009 for $3,600 USD.

What’s your thoughts, will the domain sale be completed for over $200,000 USD or will it fall through due it being renewed / bidder not completing payment?

Price is fair, no reason to think it won't be completed. 8336.com sold for $36,000 a month ago, and this pattern is worth close to 10x that.
