Quick domain reg question?

I have a quick question. Do all domain name registers require a 60 day waiting period before you can transfer,sell, or push a domain name? I looked around but didn't see anything.. Thanks for your replies.

It's a required period via ICANN. Whether they are registry or reseller it doesn't matter it's 60 days to tranfer. You can usually push within the same registry during this time.
