Can I push a domain to another account within Moniker within 3 days after reg?

I have just reged a domain at Moniker 2 days before, and someone is interested in this domain, ask me to sell and push the name to his account in Moniker.

So, question is, may I push it? I know some registrar doesn't allow its customer to push name within a fixed period after reg.

Yes you can, but I find their pushing service a bit too complicated and too time-consuming and thus I stopped registering my domains there just for that reason.
