Quick Development Tools/Ideas

I'm looking to turn some of my parked domains into mini sites and I'm looking for the quickest way to do that as far as using a CMS or template goes. I'll write the content myself, but what is a good host for having simple easy to use templates/cms. Something simple and easy is all I'm looking for.

Maybe joomla or wordpress? I find both pretty easy to use with lots of features you can add on really easily.

If you need a blog,the wordpress is the best.
If you need a web content management system,then select joomla

I think Joomla is good for content management. I am also about to setup 2-3 sites with it. I have heard that we can manage link directories as well. Is it true?
