Minisite or Microsite development

I've got about 100 or so domains I want to develop. Before I just start throwing up 100 wordpress installations for it, I wondered if anyone had any suggestions on simple cms development for this kind of thing. The content will be good quality and unique, but my writer isn't familiar with html or css. These will mostly be created and then rarely updated maybe once every 3 months. I thought about trying MU Wordpress for it too, so that I'd only have to manage 1 installation. I've never actually used it myself before yet.

Another possible idea I'd considered is a client program maybe for windows or mac that has templates and makes it easy to create a site, and then publish it. I've never really used these before myself, so I'm not familiar with them. I'd have to go digging around to see what's available.

I'm not looking for anything rss driven or anything that scrapes content, etc.. this is more for real development but not so complex that I'd need to monitor the sites too often. That kind of rules out forums, etc.. too I guess.

Any recommendations would be great.

Another option. How far have the parking services come? Would it be possible to develop hybrid parking+minisites on their platform yet?

GoDaddyGoDaddy
whypark.com gives you 100 slots for $100
there you can park your domains and have automated pages along with your owm

Wordpress is another "quick" way to do this.

WhyPark looks pretty good. Where do they get the content from? I'd like to avoid scraped content, rss feed driven content, and provide real quality articles. Do you know if this would be possible with WhyPark?

I've been looking into this too. I have been thinking of doing it with drupal; the reason is because there is a "multisite" option/module which may allow you to get away with just one installation and database , but I am not sure about how exactly it works. The only problem with drupal is that id doesn't have as many "linkless" templates as wordpress has.

I also have been looking into it.

That looks like the best way to go but you would need to know html and/or css to make them.

@Brujah,
the articles that whypark uses arent unique.
The thing is that it works very good for my domains.
For example i have a domain that makes $1-$3 per day with just 11 clicks.
Send a pm if you want ti revew it.

I didnt know that Drupal could do this, maybe i should look into this as well...
