Questions on Domain catching, dropping domains, expired domains, aged domains

Have questions about dropping and expired domains and would appreciate your advice-
- What is best way to catch dropping domains before they expired? Do you use some software that automatically registers domain instantly when it is available?
- Are there any cheaper registrars for buying non-dropped aged domains other than Godaddy Auctions/ TDNAM ? I see namesilo is popular for agred domains - how cheap is namesilo?
- Best site or software for best information on expired domains?. expireddomains is good but most available domains are low quality low PR /low DA. Does registercompass provide better information?

thats impossible, you cant catch a dropping name before it expires, it drops and only then can you grab it. Obviously there are expired auctions (gd, nj, sn, dd etc).

sedo, flippa, ebay, nj, sn, dd marketplace, bido etc namesilo is not expired auctions so people set their price

expireddomains has all domains pretty much so id stick to that

Expireddomains lists a bunch of auction and domains about to expire. Most other services will have similar lists but it really just depends on the data feeds they are getting.
