Question, Whois information

hello guys

at work weve had a domain which links to e-messenger.net i did a whois query on the domain to get the ip address of it.

thing is theres someone registering these domains so kids at school can bypass filters

there ownership information is just like this

is there any policy which says this is not allowed?

i have this feeling its against icann rules or something like that?

if so can i report it icann?

Yeah your contact info has to be valid. IS the name you are searching for e-messenger.net? You can do a whois and the registrar should show then you can drop them a email

no its another domain. but i think its some kind e-messenger proxy.
