When I’m using Citibank credit card, their dollar conversion rate for making payment & paypal CC fund withdrawal rate are same like in the range of Rs.41-42. But same time, I had used HDFC credit card for making payment they are charging Rs.41-42 for making payment, but twice, I had withdrawn some fund to my HDFC CC, then their withdrawal rate is in the range of Rs.38-39.

Any idea, why such two banks are following different conversion rate for paypal credit card withdrawal?

Whenever I’m making a payment, Indian rupees to dollar conversion rate is Rs.41-42, this figure is same for both Citibank and HDFC.

But the time I’m withdrawing fund to credit card account, dollar to Indian rupees, in this case HDFC dollar value is around 38-39 and for Citibank 41-42.
