we can check whether site or blog index or not through but not the article instead i think so my question there is any way to know that article that posted index or not like blog site

Well, you can check if certain URL's are indexed, if that is what you mean (after all each article will have its own URL). This is done through the Google Webmaster Tools -> Google Index -> Index Status.

actually when i put the article content in search result its shows no result found even though i posted that article around month ago then what tactics to index that

Google de indexed some article directories and deprecated others because they were spammy. If the directory is penalized articles you submit won't get indexed.
Otherwise, same as any other page- promote it, get links to it...

Google never craw Spam websites, once if you are posted low Quality websites, Google did not craw your website. So check in google cache:"article url", Once its will approved from google , its will be visible on google, otherwise its will showing like 404 Error

its not showing any error at when i searched will you please check your own way i,m providing the link

There are 4 articles indexed from the "artipot" site which contain the text "neck flanges". That is not one of them.

They may not be crawling deep enough to find it, they may not be crawling very often ... or at all.

Once its will approved from google , its will be visible on google, otherwise its will showing like 404 Error

There won't be any 404 errors if the article URL exists, indexed in Google or not.
