Question: Registering domain name with the name of City

Hi,

I have just come across one domain name which is also a City Name of some country. That name already has one website with .org extension. Please confirm if I can register that domain or it will create some problem (TM, Copyright etc. related.)

If it's Paris, forget it. But other than that, I think it's worthwhile. Presumably you are talking about the .com extension.
