I found a local restaurant in berlin that has 1000 monthly searches on google.(they have no website)

is a long tail keyword(berlin is the last word) that can also be used to find other restaurants in the same category but they created their name with these 3 words.

(is a three words domain name.)

i used google keyword tool with the following
location :Germany
language:German

do you think is a good idea to create a domain name for them with the .de extension (I found other restaurants in germany that already have a domain name most use the .de extension)

How can i check if they registered their restaurant name as a trademark.(it's a local restaurant).I'm new to all this, sorry if i sound ignorant

thanks

You intend to sell that domain to the restaurant? What happens if they are not interested?
I have a strange feeling that this is called registering the domain in bad faith...

It's best to approach them with a website building proposal and if they agree, add the cost of the domain as your service fee.
