Question on Great Domains

I have submitted one of my domains to GD.

I believe it will be accepted but the minimum they ask is 5K. Do they sell any of these high-priced domains or do the listing prices scare away potential buyers?

What do I do because I will take 3K for the domain? Am I no longer able to accept offers under 5k?

The domain is: deaf.cc
(I have already had a 1K offer which I rejected)

The reserve amount GD will accept is approved by you. Normally, it is around half the asking. For $5K listings, ask them to make the reserve $2k. They will keep the 5K asking price, though.
