"On a long enough timeline the survival rate for everyone drops to zero"
Had you just watched this?

I am where I am. It's just a series of random events - nothing conspired to bring anyone anywhere. When nature has had enough? Well.. that's where it ends.
I've often thought that most people are afraid to die alone.
If a being came to you and said "Tomorrow you will die" you are filled with fear, anger and resentment.
If a being came and said "Tomorrow I will destroy the whole world" I think most people would be without the fear.
Fear of dying comes from a perspective built around the concept of self.

I just quit smoking on New Years eve...so I sure am trying.
Keep it up. It's well worth it.

My own personal belief is that I will be completely free and reunited with loved ones (people/animals) that moved on before me. There will be joy, peace, love.
My belief is that people get what they believe. Hopefully, for you, I'm right.
