Question for South Americans.

Are there any South American domain investors here? I would like to ask if anybody can point me to LOCAL websites that are popular South America that have listings for long term rentals. I am basically looking for the best place to find apartments for rent. The English websites I have found are mainly price gouging and I am hoping the local sites have more reasonable rates.

I do not have a specific country in South or Central America in mind, but would be very grateful if anybody can point me in the right way to any website.
