question Question for Domain Investors (School Assignment)

Hi everyone,

I'm a student currently developing a domain analysis tool for a school assignment that evaluates dropped domains using a range of metrics. To assist with my project, I wanted to ask:


-What kind of factors do you consider when evaluating a domain (TLD, search volume , length, CPC, dictionary words etc...)
- Do you use any tools to assist your evaluation

Any insights would be appreciated
