Question about submitting domains @ Moniker to Snapnames auction.

Anyone knows if the following terms also applies to the domains that being submitted to Snapnames auction by "List Now on SnapNames" option? Thanks

3.1 Exclusive Sale Period for Moniker Services

For all names submitted by Seller to Moniker/SnapNames for sale in inclusion at live and online Auctions conducted by Moniker, Seller grants to Moniker/SnapNames the exclusive right and authority to sell such domain names for a period of (a) sixty days (60) calendar days from the date of such submission (whether through online submission process, Addenda, e-mail or other written correspondence) or (b) sixty (60) days from the conclusion of any auction or private sale taking place after the submission/declaring of the Name(s) on the ADDENDA, whichever occurs later (the "Exclusive Moniker Sale Period"). To avoid resubmission of names for multiple auctions and events, if, at the time of submission of a name, the seller of the name elects to have any name which is not sold at a particular auction to be sold in subsequent auctions run by Moniker/SnapNames, the Exclusive Moniker Sale Period will automatically renew at the end of each term unless Seller notifies Moniker/SnapNames in writing within 15 days of expiration of the Exclusive Moniker Sale Period that it is terminating such period.

According to the next section in the agreement:

3.2 Exclusive Sale Period for SnapNames Services

For all names submitted by Seller to Moniker/SnapNames for sale in inclusion at online Auctions conducted by SnapNames, Seller grants to Moniker/SnapNames the exclusive right and authority to sell such domain names for so long as either (a) such Name is being considered for inclusion in an Auction at SnapNames, or (b) such Name is available for order or is at auction on SnapNames' website (the "Exclusive SnapNames Sale Period" and together with the Exclusive Moniker Sales Period, the "Exclusive Sale Period").

Appears this is regarding "List Now on SnapNames." As long as the name is being "considered," "is available for order" or "is at auction" the stated terms apply.

However I am not a legal expert. I will continue to look around to see if I can find anything else though.
