Moniker/Traffic Help

I sold a domain in the NY Traffic Extended auction. The sale price was $420, but I have only been credited $236. Snapnames says that there is a $100 fee, even though I had the domain at Moniker at the time of the auction. Also, isn't the commission supposed to be only 15%?

I have emailed their support, but I thought some of you bright NPers might have a good answer for me.

BTW, the domain name is still showing in my Moniker account, but I have the $236 snapnames account credit for the sale...something doesn't seem right.

yandig - Please email [email protected]. If the domain was here/transferred in prior to the event, your account will be credited the $100.

Commission is 15%. Please include that in the email to the auction dept. They will correct it.

edit: I got a reply from Michael White. He said it would be taken care of.

I received a reply from Moniker last night. They are working on the commission problem, and it sounds like it might be a couple more days before the errors are fixed.

Update Nov. 10 - All problems fixed, funds received.

I won a name in the Moniker Live auction, and I haven't heard a thing from Moniker, or Snapnames.....No confirmation of the win, no invoice...nothing.......let alone commencing the process of transferring the name to me...

moniker have concluded their traffic new york auction with multivitamins.com being the top seller in the last Moniker live auction to be held at a traffic conference for the considerable future, moniker have come up with some good sales although not as good as rick latona’s auction yesterday.
