Question about GoDaddy auto renew and contact information

I haven’t dealt with domain names in over a year but I used to buy and sell them. My question is applying to the go daddy auto renewal. If I clicked auto renew when I registered the name and then sold the name and transferred it into someone’s account, will it auto renew for them with my credit card? Also with domain names I sold it seems that some people decided to “keep” my contact information which is rather bothersome. Are they allowed to do that? I’m almost 100% sure they are not.

I really need help with this. Perhaps theres another place on namepros pertaining more to this subject? I wouldn't know as I haven't been on in a while.

Edit : I think I may of figured this out on my own after compiling a bit of research.
