advice Question about foreign word .coms

is it better to get an idn, or spell the word with English characters? I just registered a Swedish word, and I changed the special a to a regular a. Is this generally the way to go for .coms? I searched the forums but couldn't really find any advice on this.

Yes it's better then idn. This is how doing many officials.
