Question About Expired / Available Domains Lists

What kind of expired/available domains lists are in demand? If you could get a free list of expired domains is there a specific keyword, niche, extension, etc. that you would want? I'm just trying to find out what kind of domains are in demand because I want to put together a really great free list.
