Finding ccTLD expired and deleted lists

Does anyone know where I can find the raw lists of expired ccTLDs? I mean the type of basic lists you find on Pool, SnapNames, NameJet and TDNAM.

I'd particularly like to start screening .CO.UK and .IN domains.

Most ccTLDs don't realease lists. You have to compile your own data.
