I asked to apraise my domain on this site and someone said around 400$USD (DatingBBW.com), if I want to sell it here how would I do that? how do I get paid?

i doubt, if the person who gave the appraisal, is willing to pay you that amount for it.

still, you post it for sale and you can get paid via paypal or btc or whatever means you decide, if you find a buyer.
