Question about creating links to parking pages (NameDrive)

Does it break the TOS if I create links to parking pages (NameDrive)?

For example:

In my web forum, I have a link "Travel to German" on the right hand side of the page which will go to the parking page of, let's say, "http://www.traveltogerman.com".

Traffic:
Traffic on domains parked with NameDrive can originate from two sources only: type in
(direct navigation) traffic and existing search engine results / expired traffic. All other types of
traffic including bought traffic, traffic driven by PPC campaigns, traffic directed from
hyperlinks are not permitted. If your traffic originates from any sources other than type-in and
search engine traffic, it must first be cleared with NameDrive LLC.

As such it is not allowed.

I see. What about the list of domain name for sale. If I explicitly show the the following domain names are for sale. If the user clicks at the link, will it break the TOS?

For example:

Domain Name for Sale
================
- www.traveltogerman.com <=== assume that it is a hyperlink

That is also not allowed.

For example: (this is not allowed)

Domains for sale

www.domain.com
www.domain1.com


or,

For example (this is allowed)

Domains for sale

domain.com
domain1.com


The red one is not allowed.
The green one is allowed as there are no hyperlinks.

You're absolutely right that the green version is the preferred version. I personally see very little point in hyperlinking 'sales' pages to parked pages. You can just put in brackets "(currently parked with NameDrive)" or something along those lines.
I've had a look at your page and everything seems fine there.
