(November 18, 2024) - Brian Beckham, head of the Internet Dispute Resolution Section of the World Intellectual Property Organization's Arbitration and Mediation Center, and Zak Muscovitch, general counsel for the Internet Commerce Association, have gathered a team of expert stakeholders to review the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, commonly known as the UDRP.
Beckham and Muscovitch were among the attendees at this year's annual meeting of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, held Nov. 9-14 in Istanbul.
