Push domain name from SnapNames

I cannot find the Management Console ToolBar, where exactly is it as per Step 3 ? I've attached a screenshot as well.

1. Login to your Control Panel and search for the Domain Name
2. Click on the Domain Name in the search results to get to the Order details view.

3. Click on the Move Services button in the Management Console toolbar on the top of the screen, to initiate the process.

You're not able to manage any domain names from your SnapNames account. If the domain name is registered with SnapNames/UDomainName.com you have to log in at manage.snapnames.com.
