Sorry if my request was offensive. Don´t has been my intention. I don´t know any domain name that registered since 1995 and all extensions are registered worth reg fee. May be this is the first .

No problem Juanito! When it comes to pricing of domain names, it doesn't matter how long they've been registered. This domain name may do better in the foreign market, you never know. Most people however, rely on domain names that users around the world recognize. There's a reason for business.com selling for $500,000...most people around the world, regardless of how little english they speak, recognize the word business. My advice to you is to find the big money players in the latin market, and try them to sell for a price you think is suitable. Bottom line when it comes to appraisals is...don't think everyone will appraise your domains for what you think they're worth. I myself have put many names up for appraisal and have gotten back some prices that dissapointed me. Make a game plan and stick to it. Don't allow users on forums like this one discourage you, have them encourage you! Best of luck to you Juanito!

Thanks for the advice and for understand me. I´m working in this domain for develope it and not is for sale (now). my question in the forum is for listen the opinions and this have a great value.

Valuewise around $500-1000 for the domain alone. Excellent one word domain with a lot of potential for a Spanish or Italian audience.

This is the spanish equivalent to "dot.com"

In all spanish-speaking countries who use the internet, "punto com" is the way they refer to dot com, both in speaking and writing. It is as natural and as valuable (IMHO) as "dot com"- I am not a pro w/ appraisals, but I would bet if well-developed, it can make a fortune! I felt I should put in my 2-cents worth, since I am fluent in both english and spanish.

punto means point/dot in italian too.
I think there's a lot of potential end users for this one.
If you plan to sell it try some italian/spanish ISP's, or try a FIAT dealer, I'm sure you can sell it for a nice amount of money.
For resell i'd say about $1K

That was a perfect example of how Americans think America owns the Internet. (Which technically might be true, but anyway....) I would KILL for dot.com, but that's because I speak ingles. That's Spanish for "English", compadres.

So for the nearly 450 million people for whom Spanish, Italian, or a similar Latin Language is native, punto.com is a GREAT name. $reg fees-$20?? Slap me, then sell it for that price: to me.

My new appraisal is $700-900 USD. Of course, real world results can and often (read: ALWAYS) do differ from MHO.

Well, Thanks to all for the appraissals and opinions. Really this is a great name. Yesterday we hosted the domain and it received 100 unique visits in only 4 hours. . We´ll developing the site. The domain is not for sale yet. We had a propose for Greatdomains for listing the domain in the range of $25000 , but we are analizyng the Listing Agreement before listing it.
